Being an unpaid carer can be isolating and it is difficult to know where to go for support. The Carers Café is here to assist. The aim is to give unpaid carers the opportunity to meet each other in an informal way over a cup of tea. It is also the opportunity to meet staff from various agencies that can give you support.
